warmth.

okay, so arizona might be my new favorite place. why? well, let me tell you...

1. it's warm

2. my good friend ashley lives there

3. mumford and sons played their heavenly tunes 

yup, those are the main reasons. all good reasons i'd say. really though, it was a wonderful weekend spent in AZ. ashley felten served in the provo mission and i was able to go out with her and her companions in a.f and provo. she's a jem. we stayed with her and had so much fun! the show was INCREDIBLE, to say the least. it really was. it was everything i'd imagined plus 10. we danced and sang our hearts out. it was happy. i'm grateful to have that as a memory. :) grateful indeed.

the other day, (which actually equals a couple weeks ago) i had a nice chat with my brother, michael. he lives in the penn state, going to school to be a physician's assistant. he has the most beautiful daughter, kennedy and shaliese is such a great mama. i just love my brother, mike. seriously, he is such a good person. always has been and he always has words of wisdom and advice when i need it. he just knows what to say at the right time, whether it's uplifting and/or hilarious. i am so proud of him and look up to him a whole heck-of-a-lot. love him. i miss him and can't wait for he and his adorable family to come back here for his rotations. woot! here's some pics...cuz they're fun.

 well, i am just about done with schoolio. HALLEJUAH! i am happy to be done and to have a break for a few months. i moved back to my parents' humble abode today, just for the summer. still totally unsure about what i'm doing in the fall. only time will tell. whatever that means. i just know that taking steps FORWARD is what i need to keep doing. illumination will come. all is well and will be well. this is true.
