delightful indeed...

conference was lovely, wasn't it? wowee. very cliche to say this but i needed everything that was taught. for reals. i felt like each of the speakers were talking to me directly. it felt so personal. isn't it amazing how inspired the church leaders are? AMAZING.

my favorite thing in the facebook world right now is how almost every girl has a status about boys needing to marry them. it's just humorous really. i was actually very pleased to hear the brethren pound down on that very topic but it's pretty much unnecessary to display via facebook. i mean really? bless them all a million times seven.

i was able to go to the saturday afternoon session of conference with my mama and pops. it was divine. i enjoyed every minute being with them. just me and the parents. LOVE. we had some good photos whilst walking and waiting for conference to begin...

my beloved sister snelson came to town from california this weekend! what a jem she is. i haven't seen her for over a year and so it was so much fun to remember our time together in fort worth. i trained her and was terrified to train. i may have NOT slept the night before getting her and possibly threw up a few times the morning of... but she did amazing things and worked so hard. top notch sister. also, my spanish hermana stopped by from wyoming to visit on sunday. we were in a "zebra" in hillsboro, texas for one transfer. a zebra is a spanish and english missionary for a companionship, in case anyone didn't figure that one out. hermana checketts is a rock star and i love her too. i love my mission and everyone i served with and learned from. top notch indeed...

from right to left: sister snelson, hermana checketts, yours truly, sister johnston :)

i know the church is true. it makes so much sense. why wouldn't we have a LIVING prophet on the earth right now? why wouldn't our Father in Heaven continue to speak to His children today? it just makes perfect sense. my heart is full. even overflowing. God is good. God is great. the end.
